your system should be ready for OS install, you could update to the latest bios on the mobo if you want.

i have a hdd for games only such as steam and origins do i just install it and thats it and my windows 10 hdd should i install a clean version of it

I'm not sure how origin works, but steam is not registry bound. So you can just plug that right in - you may have to "verify game cache" on your games so it detects the titles, but you will not have to redownload them. First time installs will also run, but again, trivial.

As for drivers, at the barest possible minimum, you should be getting your LAN driver. Once you have internet access, the rest can often be pulled down automatically.
