Things to know when upgrading a psu

I already have a 600 watt psu and I am plannig to buy a Asus gtx 1050 dual OC 4gb video card. I am also planning to install 2 or 3 more fans for heat dissipation, is my 650 watt psu enough for all of these components?

You'll do just fine with good quality 450W PSU. You should have GTX 1080 in there to make sense to have 650W PSU.

(Since I am not with my comouter right now, this is as basic as it goes)

I5 gen 4 4400 mhz
Gigabit mb
1gb radeon gpu non clocked
8gb furyx blue
A headset, a bscklit mouse and keyboard.

I usally play online games and watch movies online.

While 650 watts is like twice as much as the bare minimum for your build, I'd like to know the make and model of your power supply so I know you're not putting your shiny new GPU into a fire waiting to happen.

Your system's max power consumption is about 300W, so, 650W PSU for it is overkill.
In short, you'll do fine wattage vise. As far as PSU build quality vise, that i can't tell without knowing PSU make and model (or part number).

Under using the wattage of your power supply will let it run cooler and quieter.
