Things to remember when buying a new case

I'm about to buy a new pc case.
Is there anything besides tower size and fan size I should remember like motherboard ATX size?

Cooler height. Space for a radiator, if so what size? Front I/O ports. Are they what you want? Cable management. Grommets for running cables on back side of motherboard.
