[SOLVED] Think Broken My Computer

I have 12900k and 3090 with 1000w psu with 690 ASus gaming motherboard.

my computer started running with no display and red light so place computer to one side forgot that back was open and motherboard touched floor and when turned my comp on led on cpu went on and off and now my computer won’t turn on don’t know what happened

Solution
Touching is one thing: getting bumped, dropped, or otherwise suffering some physical impact is another.

When the back touched the floor was the weight of computer and case resting on it? Was the computer dragged in any manner?

Which motherboard LED is working? What is the status of other LED's? (Refer to the motherboard manual.)

Any beeps when boot up is attempted?

You may need to remove the cooler and inspect for damage.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Coolers?

Fans?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

What do you mean by "motherboard touched floor"? Did the computer fall over? Did you have both side panels open?

Did you check that all cards, connectors/cables, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

This motherboard?

Refer to the motherboard's manual and all other component manuals to double check everything.

Hopefully something just loose or even unplugged.
