Think Mobo bad? What do you think.

Thanks for any advise in advance.
I put in a new fan speed controller and did a little cable management. Put my pc back together and got a BOOTMGR error. so i did a windows disk boot and fixed it. Everything was then working fine. I put the covers back on and now it wont cut on at all? Power button does nothing, gpu's are lit up green showing they have power. i tried a mobo boot thinking it was maybe a cable or something grounded out on the case, to no avail mobo wont do anything. (Z77 Sabertooth) . I pulled it apart and put it all back together again just incase something might have been loose. and still nothing. I have no idea what to do.

Check the main ATX 12V powerline and the CPU powerline as this can cause the system not to boot.
