Think this will handel my system?

Moddifed Thermaltake Aquarius Liquid Cooling System
CD-RW 52X
DVD-RW 16X
External USB2.0/Firewire 80 Gig HD
6 80mm Case Fans

I was planning on buying the "Vantec Stealth 420W PSU Dual Fan SATA-Ready"

+3.3 = 26A
+5 = 42A
+12 = 18A

Does this sound ok? I am using an Antec true blue 350 right now and am finding a hard time OC'ing and getting ramdom system shut down's after installing the new video card.
