I got an old Thinkcentre with a Pentium CPU.

This site is about the specs of the CPU the board can support. I need to know if a Core 2 Quad Q9550 is compatible based on the info from the link that I gave you.

The ThinkCentre M58 (7373) supports up to Core 2 Quad Processor Q8200, 2.33GHz
I had upgraded the M58 (7360) to a Core 2 Quad Q9550 and I had to put a Noctua 40mm fan on the Northbridge since it was overheating. Make sure to upgrade to the latest BIOS.

I think I will upgrade to the Q8200 then.
