Good Morning,

I currently have a 1050ti 4GB. In my mind, I am consistantly doing things on my one monitor. I was thinking about picking up another Ultrawide LG monitor.

My current monitor: LG 29UM58-P 29"

I was thinking about getting a second ultrawide of the same model. I would only be running games on monitor while the other for streaming/discord and a few other things regarding school work.

Will it run fine? I'd use the Display-Port to HDMI as my secondary connection. In my mind, It would be work, but I just want some insight before I jump the gun.

Thanks. :)

You will of course be benefitted by the second monitor. There will be NO performance impact on your games if you are gaming on only one screen. The other screen can be used for non gaming things like you said. Go ahead and feel the difference. Just make sure that you have same port on both the graphics card and the second monitor. Best to not have to use an adaptor unless absolutely required. :)
