I plan on using it for work and gaming, although I'm not too bothered about being able to run the newest games on the highest settings flawlessly, just want something that will run most games reasonably well

A 450W power supply and a 240GB SSD are pretty minimal. Original heatsink will be pretty loud.
I wouldn't put my money down for that.

As others have said, for the cost, that PSU is pretty minimal so there isn't a lot of wiggle room if you were to change something later down the road (better graphics card, CPU...). If you intend to leave it as is, then it won't matter as much. Not from your side of the pond, so I can't tell you if its a great deal, but the PSU, and the amount and type of storage gives me pause.
