Thinking about getting a gaming pc for christmas, MAX budget is 1100

Im looking to buy a gaming pc for about $900-1100. Id like to be able to play stuff like Assassins creed unity and next gen games at max settings and the highest fps i can get. I would like to have smooth gameplay while recording as well. If one of you guys can find out the best parts for this type of gaming please link me with a pcpartfinder link.

And i do not know much about the ACTUAL parts of the computers like CORE i7 4770 3.4GHz QUAD CORE (found this and copy and pasted it) but i know a few basic stuff like ram ect.

Is overclocking an option or do you not want to overclock. It's basically a point and click setup these days in the BIOS.

This would perform well as is and with the addition of a good cpu cooler later is very much overclockable as well.

So this would run AC: unity quite well whilst recording (and next gen games like farcry4, bf4)

Oh, i said what was over clocking but i searched it and its all good

When the time comes you decide you do want to overclock, come back and we'll get you where you need to be, if you decide to. Overclocking the i5-4690k can bring it up to the gaming performance level of the i7-4790k.
