I don't recommend a 550W PSU, why go cheap on a component that has up to 10 years warranty and is like the heart of your PC, pumping energy everywhere? 500W is the minimum recommended but you could easily go 650W or more to make sure you won't need changing it anytime soon.
EVGA has good PSUs, get a Gold 2 or Platinum.
Also going for a 3.2Ghz CPU with no guarantee you can overclock it, seems a poor choice imo. If it can't OC at all and you're stuck at 3200 you will be bottlenecked with that big GPU. And as people pointed out before, you probably should consider 1440p at least, otherwise for 1080p 144Hz your build is overkill for everything but Witcher 3, ARK and some new poorly optimized games like DeusEx.
