Question Thinking about getting Elgato for streaming

So my question is this. I’m thinking about getting the elgato hd 60 s and I was watching video on setting up and everything so I understand that stuff but the thing is, I have a 2080ti witch only has one HDMI port witch is going to my monitor so how am I going to be able to connect to the elgato if I don’t have another HDMI port?? Do I need a HDMI splitter if if so will I still be able to get my 144hz if I is the splitter port to my monitor. Some please help

Pc I forgot to mention I’m trying to do a two pc set up
