Hi I'm thinking about buying an reading a CompTIA Security+ certification book. I was wondering if the concepts involved only apply to enterprise or if they apply to SOHO networks as well. I run a small business doing computer hardware/software and networking so am wondering if the content would be relevant to me and worth my time to cover. Thanks!

I have a Sec+ cert. It is sort of a PITA these days. Not just one and done.

Unless you job absolutely requires the actual certification...just study the relevant materials.
No need to go through the test.

But...it would be one thing to print and put on your wall/business card.

@USAFRet Definitely not getting the actual cert... just would want to learn the relevant materials as you mention. Should I go ahead and buy a book even though I'm soho only?
