Hi everybody!

I am about to replace my 10 years old desktop, although not all of it if possible. Ideally I am looking to replace my motherboard+CPU+fan+RAM+VGA+screens - provided the rest is compatible with the new stuff (i.e. if it fits into my old tower and the power supply is strong enough). Ideally, I would like to have an SSD for the OS too.

Anyway, my current configuration is the following:

  • Tower - Lancool K58
  • PwrSply - Chieftec CTG-500-80PB 500W OEM

  • Motherbrd - Gigabyte Ga-870A-UD3
  • CPU - AMD Phenom II 955 3,20GHz AM3 box
  • RAM - 2 x 2GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz and 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz
  • VGA - ATI AMD Radeon Sapphire HD7850 2GB GDDR5 PCI
  • Screens - 2 x Dell U2212HM

The PC is mostly used for gaming and 3D modelling/designing.

Thanks for any help and advise in advance!
