Yep. But you will not be able to actively use both screens at the same time. Meaning you can't game and browse the web at the same time. To browse you will need to "tab-out" of the game to use the second monitor.

If you are simply using it to say monitor messages or watch a video, then yes. However watching a video will have an impact on gaming performance since the video card and CPU will need to devote some resources to video playback.
