Thinking of doing a complete upgrade and will my 650w PSU be enough?

First not sure if this is the right forum for this type of quesiton, but I figure it was more about a broad system question and not specific for a CPU/Memory/GPU/ETC.

Anyways I am thinking sometime this year maybe in a few month or so to kind of fully upgrade some of my main components like RAM/CPU/MB and Possibly PSU (if needed) and GPU.

Current Specs:
Corsair 780t Graphite Black Case
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
FX-9370
16GBs DDR 3 1600 RAM
MSI RX 570 8GB
Cooler Master 650V 80+ Gold PSU
1x 256 SSD
1x 2TB HDD

What I am thinking of Upgrading into:
Intel Core I7-8700k
GIGABYTE Z370 Aorus Gaming 7
Corsiar Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 2133

and possibly a GPU upgrade, but not sure if I will buy the GPU right away or wait till after to see how the intel works with my 570 - a GPU I was looking at was the 1070, don't really have the money for the RTX and to me those cards don't seem to be as good as the previous gen.

My current PSU is like 2 years old and so I still have like 3 years left on the warranty and so if I don't need to upgrade then maybe I can just stick with it till it quits working.

I used that and when calculating with the new upgrade stuff it seems like it will only take like 450 so I should be good and just for kickers I put in like the newest Nvidia Card (way beyond my budget) and it seems with that then I am looking at like 550-580 so that would be more pushing it then if I only have 650w.

I should be fine if I stick with my same GPU and or just upgrade to the 1070/80, but probably not if I would ever upgrade to the new 2070/80s.

Yes, it will be fine.
