I have an old smaller pc with the following hardware:

Device name DESKTOP-N5R16I8
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Device ID BF88ED77-43E0-4777-9DF0-D64979FB882D
Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA315
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
NVIDIA GeForceGTX 750 Ti

If I'm looking to run more demanding games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, Valorant, etc. what changes would you all recommend I make to my system as I'm not currently able to run any of them steadily? Thanks!

That CPU was introduced 9 years ago. From the DDR 3 RAM era.

You might be able to re-use the case and drives.

Cooler unknown.

GPU unknown.

Possibly the power supply, although if 9 years old maybe not.

New motherboard, RAM, CPU at a minimum.

Can you spend 300 or 1500?

is this on an endless budget or do you have some price range in mind?

i would probably donate this thing for a very small tax right-off or maybe just gift it away to someone who only does basic computing.
