Question Thinking of upgrading my PC to these parts. Any suggestions?

My current PC was built two years ago when I was on a smallish budget, now I have more money I want to upgrade my PC, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. My current specs that I want to upgrade are;

  CPU - AMD FX 8320
  Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 R2.0
  Memory - Team Vulcan DDR3 16GB
  Heatsink - Coolmaster EVO

This list is what I am thinking of upgrading too, any suggestions would be appreciated;

• 
  CPU - Ryzen 7 1700x
  Motherboard - ASUS Prime B350
  Memory - Corsair Vengence RGB Pro DDR4 16GB
  Heatsink - Corsair Hydro H100i Platinum RGB 240mm

My graphics card will be a GTX 970 OC, my PSU will still be the Corsair CX450 80+ Bronze and my case will be the NZXT H500i Black.

I think you should try the included wraith cooler before you blow $100 on an AIO. I personally don't like liquid cooling, but that's beside the point.

Shoot for DDR4-3000. 2x8GB = $100.
