[SOLVED] Thinkpad CPU-RAM overclocking

I have a T440s . Is it possible to overclock the cpu and the ram ? Is it dangerous for my machine , if i do so ?
What improvement i will see as a user if i do ?

You cant overclock on laptops.

Technicaly you can mess with the XTU but the coolers are so bad that they barelly keep the stock ones coolmlet alone a oc-ed chip.
