ThinkPad T14s Gen 4 65W with ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 60W

Hello guys,

I am using a ThinkPad T14s Gen 4 and a docking station ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2.

Unfortunately, the docking station charging is only 60W and the laptop originally needed 65W.

Under heavy load, the laptop battery drops a small percentage which after I checked on the internet is normal due to the difference in the wats between the docking station and the power that the laptop needs.

However, I want to ask if that is bad for the battery's health.

Any income power fluctuation is a questionable detriment to the charging of the battery.
Your battery is the consumable here. Your solution would be to get a proper dock or plug the laptop straight to power, if valuable, hopefully you got a UPS for protection.
