Question Thinkpad T460S wont start properly after putting on new cloned Samsung PCIe SSD upgraded from SATA SSD

Recently, I decided to upgrade my SSD from SATA 250GB to a PCIe Samsung Pro 970 on my Thinkpad T460s. I used EaseUS to clone the old SSD onto the new SSD. (I cannot use Samsung SSD software since I could not find a right PCIe to USB adapter) But it won't start properly on the new SSD (Error code: 0xc0000225, A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed). The Bios can recognize the new SSD and still won't start up after I set the new SSD as the booting device. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
