[SOLVED] ThinkVision T24v-10 23.8 inch Wide FHD VOIP Monitor Microphone

Morning All

I just purchased a new Think vision monitor with built in webcam/microphone, The webcam is good quality and very happy but the microphone quality is muffled and no one can hear at all on conference calls.

I have searched the internet high and low to try and find a solution but cant find anything.

Have anyone had an issue with a built in microphone?

Or does anyone think that built in microphones are not great? We have a laptop and the microphone is pretty good on it and also read reviews that the quality is good on this monitor but not for me

I am guessing it is just a low quality mic or you are too far from it, pointed in the wrong direction, something is in the way. I'd just get an add-on desk mic to use.
