Third Alteration, What Do You Think?

So this is the third time I have changed this build due to budget issues and compatibility etc.. 😛 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/f6RpFT

Now I would like anyones opinion and guidance on the build thus far. I am rather confident that it is balanced, (if I'm horribly wrong, please tell me) and that it can handle most games on medium/high.

I want to change the power supply because the local Fry's does not carry it, but I would also like it to be modular, so any suggestions would be nice. I refuse to order a PSU online in fear of DOA so a suggestion from a retail store would be great!

Please comment on your opinions and thoughts on the build

I would like to cap at $100. I am only looking for about 500w, but the only available modular PSU for me is a CX750M from Best Buy at $99, I am interested in this one, http://www.frys.com/product/8115715?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG, yea I know 1000w is overkill, but it is rather cheap. If it is efficient and well reviewed and quiet then I'd gladly take it, but if not then I would have to look elsewhere

I really havent heard of that brand so I cant comment on that but I know Corsair has great build quality. The LePa is only semi-modular and 1000W for only 59.99 I would really be hesitant to buy.

Yea, I am pretty hesitant on it, I had never heard of it either, and there are not many online reviews for it. Corsair is of course reliable, but there are always defects, so that is why I would rather buy from a store than have it shipped out so I do not have to go through the process of shipping it back and forth if it is DOA.

Go for the Corsair in my opinion you will have a much better shot at it being more reliable. Also do you have a TigerDirect or MicroCenter in your area?

I do not think I have any of those near me.
Do you recommend me to just get the CX750M, because I am most likely going to upgrade in the future. If i get this now, then I won't have to in the future.

I personally like Corsair's build quality and their product lines. The CX750M is nice and is modular like you want. Plus the 750 should be good for future upgrades as well.
