About 2 years ago I bought an MSI gaming 270X 2G and a 500 watt PSU (cheap)
The card never worked right out of the box. kept crashing and so on. It was my first serious card so I fought with drivers for about 3 weeks before I decided to RMA it to rule out user error.
The new card worked flawlessly when installed telling me that the card really was bad and it wasn't me.
After about 6 months, when I got tired of the CPU running at 100%, I decided to upgrade the rest of the computer. new everything except the GPU itself.
Several months after that, the second card died. tried many things to rule out driver issue but eventually the computer wouldn't even boot with the card installed. So I RMAd that card as well.
Now after only 3 or maybe 4 months on my third card, it died also. This one looks like the solder is discolored behind the main processor. Didnt think to look at the other two.
**MY MAIN QUESTION** is if there is something wrong with my system or if I am really getting this many bad cards back to back? how do i verify that my system is fine before I install another card.

Corsair 100R case with three 120mm fans installed running on medium when idle, full when gaming.
Corsair RM750 power supply
Motherboard B85-G41
Intel 4690k with Hyper 212 cooler
Kingston Fury ram 1x8G
No overclocks.
