hello! Im currently using a ASUS 399-e mobo and I'm running a Titan RTX and a 1080ti. Im waiting for a second Titan RTX in the mail.... I'd love to know how anyone uses this third slot way down at the bottom, when not only would it cover the qCode, but this is where all the fans and headers plug in to. I'd really love to be able to run three cards, possibly all 3 would be Titan RTX. I am not running SLI. I also have all this room on the side of my case where there is much airflow... i don't want to block it but my mind is thinking maybe i could run an extension over there or something. Anyways, is it possible to run 3 cards in here? why would the mobo manufacturer put those gpu slots (which they built these for gpu they say) be so close together and one at the bottom with no room underneath? Pic links below. Thank you.

You actually have more room down there than a lot of cases. The fan connectors would just bend down as the GPU set on top of them. THe main issue though is the narrow space in between the last PCIe slot and your second GPU. There will be little to no room for the fans to spin on the second GPU if your third GPU has a backplate. I suppose one alternative is a GPU riser and mount the third GPU vertical inside the case sitting right above your power supply. They probably make some connectors for stabilizing it inside your case. I see people doing it, but I'm not sure how it would work with other GPUs already there.

I could mount it vertically, but I don't think I can while the other two are mounted this way, because the whole back plate thingy needs to rotate vertically for it to be mounted correctly which would require the other two to rotate as well, and I don't think this can mount three vertically. There's got to be a way. Even if I had to custom make something. Those riser cables seem kinda short though for much options
