This a good power supply?

I'm bringing my cooler master V550S in to refund because CM say it's faulty.

I've seen this at a local tech store:

EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 650W 80+ Gold Full Modular Power supply , 10 year limited warranty

I want to know if this is a really good power supply or not, safe for my PC etc. It's well over my wattage requirements but that'll just keep it quiet and cool.

I've had 2 VS series power supplies from cooler master have to be returned so far, I don't want to make the same mistake with this one.

Solution
the G2 starts at 550W and only goes up from there, the g2 under 750W have a seven year warranty, but the quality is among the best available in the whole range 550 and up

Is the G2 a 650 watt also? I really don't want to get one with higher wattage because my max usage is 300w and I only want to spend more if it gains me substantial quality.

I don't think they sell G2s here I will check. Thanks anyway.

Yay I found a 750w G2 for sale at the shops site so I'll grab that.
