this a good setup?

Solution
It is a locked CPU. That's exactly why it would not be good if you wanted to overclock 😀

The motherboard is good. I've worked with it myself, and it is pretty darn well built and has a very good price. I don't think there's any concerns there.
Hello,
Looks good! One suggestion, If you do not already have an SSD, I HIGHLY recommend picking one up. It will make your system feel very snappy compared to a hard drive, even if you just put your OS on it. They have really come down in price. Even if you just get a 32GB, you will have plenty of space for your OS and essential programs/files, and your wallet will be happy too 🙂
Thanks,
Christian

The link you posted doesn't seem to work. But the i5-4460 and H97M Pro4 is a good combo if you don't want to overclock. It'll be overkill for just office work and browsing, but it will definitely be snappy, and it's even a great gaming CPU.

The PSU should be good enough, but I wouldn't push it with overclocking. And the case is a pretty solid choice overall; many people seem to like that case.

What will this PC be for? We can help you more if we know what it will be intended to do.

I wouldn't recommend a 32GB SSD. The only models that come in that size nowadays are very cheap, very old models that may not last very long. I'd avoid going with one of those SSD's, and in general prefer only getting ones like the Samsung or Crucial SSD's.

Im upgrading my gaming pc its about 5 years old now but i have upgraded to a SSD as well as a GTX760 already Ive never done any overclocking and i think ive read that CPU is locked I think.
my main concern was my choice in motherboard..
