I forgot to add that i would like to have dual BenQ XL Series XL2420TE and use one of them for Gaming/Streaming and the other for web browsing, watching films, would i need to add another graphics card or anything?

4GB is useful,especially at higher resolutions, that he'll likely upgrade his monitor to or stream in.
