This app can't run on this PC (RivaTuner)

One day i turned on my pc and I got a message that said riva tuner cant run on this pc. I tried reinstalling and trying an older version of riva tuner.

That's the official home of Riva Tuner. Maybe if you contact them, tell them what version of Windows you're running, etc. they might have a clue.
