Question This app cant run on your PC

Whenever I open my windows settings I get a popup behind the settings window that says "this app can't run on your PC". My settings menu and everything else on my PC work fine, but I have no idea why it is giving me this notification, and it is a little bit annoying.

I have no idea, it just gives me the cannot run notification when I open my settings and there is no indication of what app is causing the notification.

In Control Panel/Programs and Features, do you see anything you don't recall installing? If you go to your Windows Search and type Startup, you should find your Startup Apps, anything unexpected there?

Last, have you scanned this system for malware?
