This build good enough?

Just recently I sold my gaming desktop for $600 on eBay. The thing served me well for the past 2 years. It had an big old r9 290, 16 gb ram, i5-4690, and a toshiba 2tb hard drive. I started to lose interest in gaming these past couple of months so I didn't really need the i5 and the r9 290 performance. And the machine was SOOOOOO obnoxiously loud. So, I sold it and in return, I have about $540 (ebay charges 10 percent of the final sale cost) and this is what I'm going to useto build a new desktop, one that's quiet and fast.

With a budget of $540, I need a desktop that's quiet, like no noise at all when I'm just web browsing, fast startup wise (so ssd, but I won't need to much space), has good integrated motherboard sound (something my ath-M50s can appreciate), and has just enough performance for me to play an e-sport game every once in a while or do a little bit of photoshop or gimp.

So far I have this build:

I'm not including the rebate price discounts and I'll be getting windows for $20 from kinguin or something.

Is the case good enough? I think that the single fan in the front will be okay, as I'll have the psu serving as an exhaust. Also, I'm pretty sure the components I selected are all pretty cool, so air flow won't be too important. I'm not sure though.

Is the power supply good enough? It's a good brand, but I don't know if something so bare bones will suffice.

Would I be good with this build as a whole?

Thanks

New Pentium is almost identical to a i3 (2C/4T). I also went with a fully modular PSU to make its easier to work with the PSU cables in that case.

If the stock cooler is too loud then I'd use some of your remaining budget for a cheap quiet cooler such as the CM EVO 212 or something similar.

Yea, I read about the pentium. It seems like a good deal, but I got kinda scared away when I found out about the lack of AVX support. Not that I know that AVX is. Is it relevant?
