This can't be normal. Second Long Temp Spikes?

Hey everyone, just finished a week of using a new build to make sure everything was working perfectly, and I have been very pleased with how everything has gone.

Went to overclock it today, and the temps have been really really low (Rarely above the 60 Celsius mark on any given core during a Prime95 Session)

I was tweaking some settings to feel out what I could get away with, and I booted up with a -0.090Volts, 4.5GHz overclock, so I went and opened prime95, core temp and cpu z

Everything stayed fairly reasonable, a few times it went close to 68 degrees but this was after an hour of in place large FFTs. So I went to watch some spongebob (thug life!) and when I came back, I almost had a heart attack.

Current Temps: 65-69 Degrees
Core Usage: 100% on all 4 cores
Max Temp? 100 Degrees on 3 of the 4 cores.

I instantly shut down and am reloaded last stable settings, there is no wear or tear, everything is working fine again, so I'm left puzzled.

I re-tried my 4.5GHz OC and the same thing happened. Current temps look great, all workers at 100%, but somewhere the temps went to 100?! The fans never kicked on very hard, everything remained quiet and it just kept running the test all laid back like nothing happened?

Any ideas what I could be messing up?
