Sure will, no concerns whatsoever.

FYI- the GIGABYTE 770 is a Long card. Makes sure you have a solid 11 inches of clearance for it- as it wont be the board that it doesn't fit, but if you are trying to shove it into a cramped case- its not gonna go.

Yeah easy no problem. the card is 292mm long and the phantom supports up to 350mm
