This combination good for streaming?

I'm trying to stream games that are cpu intensive and was wondering if the nvidia gtx 1060 and i7 4790 are good enough components to run a solid stream?

With Shadowplay or anything else that uses the video cards onboard encoder, the performance hit from streaming is greatly reduced.
