This configuration will achieve a decent negative airflow?

Hello to all. I'm thinking on this:

x2 front intake fans -> 114 CFM combined
x1 rear exhaust + x1 top exhaust -> 125,54 CFM combined

those numbers will be a negative airflow or it's more like a neutral airflow?.

The neutral/positive numbers aren't really all that important.
You are pulling in cold air off the floor and assisting its rise through and out the top of the case.
