My laptop keeps telling me my version of windows is not genuine for some reason. Even though I bought the laptop from a eligible retail store. How can I fix it i have windows 7 32bit

Open a command prompt in windows and type "slmgr -rearm" without the quotation marks. This will at least allow use for up to 120 days. You can do it 3 times, 30 days each time.
Have you tried the auto activation on line. If it won't then contact MS. They may help, probably not.
There is also an update in W7 that can cause this. If you have KB971033 listed in your updates then uninstall it and try again.
