This one pc had been working fine for the last two years, but after BIOS reset default settings we got an error: This CPU is not supported by the model. Please check the CPU QVL on Asus website
MotherBoard: m5a78l-m lx3
CPU: AMD FX-6350 Six-core
RAM: 12 GB Ram
OS : Windows 10

I think we need to change GHz, but how can we do it?

Your motherboard can only surrport 95 W and your CPU Typical TDP: 125 W been looking up on google checking the specs and your CPU needs 125W to work with your computer!. Also looked on CPU surrport list on motherboard website your cpu is not listed!. So suggest to buy new motherboard that can surrport upto 125W and your CPU or buy a new CPU that can surrport your motherboard if you do not want to take it apart!

Yeah try and go into bios and change the speed and check to see if that works maybe when you reset the bios it changed all the settings.

Maybe try to change speed to 3.6GHz which is the 6330 (supported by your motherboard) base frecuency.

Not exactly, the CPU/NB should never shown 3600MHz, thats insane!, try setting it to auto.

If you're seeing the bios, the cpu is supported, just set things to auto and let it boot.

If I set auto and let it boot I get error: This CPU is not supported by the model. Please check the CPU QVL on Asus website
