i have a asus x401a my mom bought from tigerdirect.com, my pc resets and it asks for bios password and i cant find one online,i would go to asus support but my mom have thousands upon thousands of receipts and it would take ages to find proof of owner ship and i already tried asus support but no staff online for live chat and its getting annoying to do the things i need to do without my laptop and i have to create this thread using my phone so if someone who can help plz just post the master password for asus ive already went an read lots of website with the same problem as mine and they all keep saying the same thing,take out the cmos battery and hard drive and see if it resets or ask asus support which doesnt help,so if someone have the same model pc as i am and have it plz post it
