You haven't listed the price, but this is what you could build it for. I would avoid that PC for the fact that Intel recommends not using DDR3 with Skylake CPU's (possible long term damage to the memory controller) and apparently that shop isn't aware of this. Also, DDR4 is the newer standard and will be supported for quite some time. More than likely the PSU is also low quality.
