This indicates some system bottleneck ?

I was playing FIFA 18 today with rivatuner statistics to make some tests , I play the game on ultra with vsync on with 75 fps stable , but my gpu never reaches to 100 % or even close to that , I wish to know if I have some system bottleneck or not ? I will leave some images of the statistics during the gameplay .

My cpu is an amd a8 6600k , and my gpu is an amd asus R9 280x.

If you had vsync on that is why. vsync limits framerate to your monitors refresh rate. So your GPU only needs to work hard enough to give that framerate. Disable vsync and see how it does.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if some game did bottleneck from your CPU.

I think you are right about vsync limiting my gpu here .
