[SOLVED] This is a great website, and I need assistance so hopefully you all can guide me through this issue I am having. M2.1 slot not recognizing new drive.

I have a new gaming pc with an MSI Z390-A PRO LGA1151 motherboard with 2 Samsung SSD Raid drives on SATA 1 & 2, and SATA 3 has a 1TB Spinning drive (storage). I have 64GB 4000 memory with a P9-9900K processor. I added a configured (Bootable) M2 in the larger slot which used to work, but stopped suddenly. I also have an Intel model in the M2.2 slot.

The system will not recognize either of the two M2 devices. There is also nothing in the SATA 5 & 6 connectors.

What am I missing. All drivers are current as well as the system BIOS. So Far MSI has not given me any real support, so I am stuck...

MSI support is terrible, so no surpise there. Does the bios recognize the drives? If not, try unplugging all your sata drives, to see if that changes.
