[SOLVED] This is a Minecraft related question

on minecraft i try to AFK at a farm and i get this message - is this due to my internet connection ?
Internal Exception;io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException
i have cleaned the pc and there is plenty of ram ect other people on the server do not get kicked for afking and the server owner didnt know why ot was happning to me either ? i can only assume the upload on my internet is to low as i get 38 mbps download?
my upload is around 5mbps

Happened to the people on my server,i host it from aternos.
I restart the server when that happens to people and it all works again.
Its something related to chunk bugs and errors.
