OK, wtf. My AA title disappeared. I can't remember what the hell the
key combo is that brings up the title screen... either that, or I <do>
remember, and it isn't working. I put in a petition, but I figure
this'll probably be faster.
Just as background, I've never dicked around with the visibility of
titles, names, guilds, or that kind of stuff. It just happened all of
a sudden--and I don't even know when, because I haven't played her in
a while.
Any input?

I thought it was CTRL-T or ALT-T (or maybe just T?) to bring up the title
screen. Don't remember for sure, though.

Shift-T!

My titles sometimes wander off after a death for an unknown reason.

alt-T toggles the <target> box off, I found.

This is probably the only think involving the T key that I haven't
tried... thanks.

and, yes, that indeed worked, all I needed to do was choose it again.
Thanks. Seeing as I've died a half dozen times in the last ten hours
of playtime, I assume I lost it somewhere along the line there.

Was it your epic title? You can fix this by giving your epic to some guy in
PoK (I forget which). After doing so you no longer lose the title on death.

I have heard players speak about titles bestowed to those who carry an Epic
weapon. Which are those? There are several titles from which I may choose,
but I do not know which of them relates to my Epic.

Shift-T I think, I don't use it much, could be wrong.

As a shaman, I can chose Heyokah for my epic 1.0, or Fateseeker for my
epic 1.5.

When you solo, you tend to die a lot in certain places. I've been
tasking in Veksar, CoM and Sebilis... three places that aren't real
high on my list of places to go alone.

Windcaller is ranger epic title, Heyokah as Graeme says is for Shaman,
Cleric is Vicar. Dont know the others offhand.

Seb not so bad for my ranger (he 70 though) or shaman (65 + canni 5). CoM
can turn nasty if you not careful. Veksar looks too much of a pain in the
ass to solo with ranger, and shaman need ldon dots to be able to hurt
anything here. Mix of live and dead mob not help either 😀

I was in Seb watching some 70 pally just walk through the place like
it was a Sunday afternoon, so the level definitely is high enough to
whup some serious ass. The thing about CoM is that if something whacks
me, or my invis suddenly drops, it's a long run to zone, and there's
so many things beating on me I can't get a gate off. Of the three,
though, I think CoM is the easiest. Veksar--feh. I've given up on that
place, and the fact that I don't know my way around makes it all the
more frustrating--and again, it's the same thing, that live/dead mix,
something sees you and hits you, and your ass is smoke in no time.

I think they'd all be much easier if there were people hunting there.
Do you know if the key to Seb is soulbound? I haven't died in there
yet, but I sure as hell don't want to die and leave my key on the
corpse... came pretty close last night.

Hehe....seb not so bad ;p Nothing hits too hard so if things go pear shaped
can usually make it to exit (2 exits in seb, one near entrance, one near
shrooms). Just dont let em run 😀

Ilis summon, so do Reets, most named do. You will also get dispelled loads,
so not really worth taking outside buffs imo. Can make nice plat just
trawling the areas near the front.

Was tough as a ranger at 60, with medicore gear, was fairly easy as long as
not too many adds at 65 with headshot. 70 + new gear + clicky root makes
most of it trivial.

Acrylia Caverns is another nice dungeon imo :) Good plat and a fair few
named here (as well as acrylia).

CoM

....it would be. Adds are tough to deal with, you would need to buy
several ITU potions, no harmo, can't root/shoot, and even if they only
hit for 100 or 200, it begins to take its toll after a while.

> and shaman need ldon dots to be able to hurt

Do shaman get ITU? In any case, the mix of the two is no problem. Reg
invis to the first ramp. Pause at top and ITU. Top of stairs in front
of golems, regular invis, on wall near Shopkeepers, ITU again. You can
get through the entire zone with no agro (aside from the dragon in the
theatre or maybe the highborn/epic mob in with them) if you can both
ITU and regular invis.

Nice thing about Sebilis is that there is a zoneout halfway
through...just before the myconids. This is especially nice if you
want to camp the Fungi. Damn though, those myconids are a bitch,
easily soloable if not for those DAMN C-HEALS.

I meant Veksar,its a one-way-route,not confusing like a real old
world dungeon like SolB,A,or Guk,if you have a closer look it is
very linear, with mobs getting consecutive harder and harder.
Get a group and try to reach the Highborn/Nobles area, then
you will see what I mean, its hard to explain. Its like the Everfrost
adventure, which is only a long corridor, with no branches.

Shaman get ItU potions so they can get a group to the Nobles if you
don't mind spending the cash. You have to clear from there since you
get a mix of undead (highborne) and regular (hands) mobs.

I did Veksar soloing long before I got my LDoN DoT. Mage equipped puppy,
me tanking for him, and some resists on DoTs, but no real trouble soloing
there.
