When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

That video doesn't offer anything to narrow down. I do however would like to ask, is that a vacuum cleaners end? Was the system working prior to using that, if you used it on the system?

I updated my post, forgot one detail in it that might help.. but this is all i got, if this doesnt help il need another pc with similar specs to test each part to find the failiure

Breadboard the system and take it down to the absolute minimum of parts to see if it will post, even to the degree of removing the drives.
Do you happen to have a backup lower power GPU you can use or borrow to test with?

I had a system recently act super crazy over a failing HDD, not saying that is your issue, but this will narrow things down to a smaller group of parts.
I am not familiar with your motherboard in such a way as to know without looking, but does it offer any manner of fault indication by LCD,LED, Speaker? Is it throwing a code?

None, The only indication i got to a difference in behavior wass when i pulled the cpu power cable from the psu, the pc boots with no post, the gpu turns on, fans start to spin, but nothing more.. its like all parts are turning on instead of inediately shutting off like when i have the power cable connected.. And yes i tried stripping it bare bone, and even testing without nessesary parts just to get somewhat different behavior, and the only thing that worked wwas pulling the cpu power cable
