Is the 93c the cpu or gpu? Either way it’s too hot and likely causing either cpu or gpu throttling.

It's cpu temperature and Some my friends said its cpu throttling because My paste kinda having watery thing So I think that's problem but Still I need help

Every time you remove the cpu cooler you should change the paste so if you have looked at your paste you should have cleaned it off and applied new. Paste normally goes hard over time, not watery, that’s a bit worrying.

What’s the full pc spec including cpu cooler and what have you tried so far to reduce the temperature?

It's Zebronics G41 motherboard with Q8400 and Zebronics stock Cpu cooler, Gigabyte gt1030 2gb ddr5 with 8gb ddr3 ram

Replace the thermal paste but ensure to completely remove all old paste. Ensure the fan is spinning freely with no dust. You can also try changing the fan curve to increase the speed.

Looks like it is. However it’s good practice to always replace the paste when you take a cooler off.
