Hey, could you please provide the model of the PSU (the exact model)
you will probably want a more powerful one, 500W at least, cause those older Athlons suck up energy to no end! If you can skimp on any other components it would probably do you a lot of good to upgrade the HDD to something around 7200RPM!

Don't buy it. Obsolete cpu, motherboard and RAM and slow HDD.

You are buying a 5 year old cpu on a dead platform with no meaningful upgrade path, not a build I would recommend in 2017. I try to get a Pentium G4560, B250 mobo, and some DDR4 ram for a budget build. If that's over your budget, in my opinion you should just wait and save up a little more.

Im just trying to get about 60 fps on rainbow six siege and h1z1 for about 400 euro

Can you get me pc parts for 400 what are better then this? i already said this is going to be my first build, and notice not everybody has the money for a gtx 1080

Why do you say that
A) a pentium may be more powerful, so getting one of them might be a good choice, however for years budget builds like this one have revolved around the 860K cause it has 4 cores, something that is very important to many (especially those who play FC4)
B) you may have to pay quite a bit when you upgrade, because you need to upgrade all components, however sometimes building a "sweet spot PC" can be even cheaper than incrementally upgrading
C) you want a joke? cheap ddr4 RAM
D) on a build of this cost if you want any storage over 120gb for your steam library, you need a HDD

While the pentium might be worth your while, it is important to note that that is only a hyperthreaded dual core, rather than a true quad core. That being said I would recommend the pentium g4560 for its better single core performance, even if its RAM and motherboard (you need to buy a more expensive B250 motherboard if you want to use a kaby lake chip, unless you have an old skylake one lying around!).

I would say the same, but a pentium g4560 and the cheapest B250 motherboard and 8gb ddr4 you can find! Also a more powerful GPU, like the EVGA 500B

There is no way to justify an 860K in 2017. The G4560 has beaten it and CPU's like the FX8xxx's in every gaming benchmark I have seen. The G4560 also gives a platform with great upgrade options, FM2+ & DDR3 are end of life.
