I bought an Alienware Area 51 and noticed when playing games my graphics weren't as stunning as advertised. I went into the Nvidia settings to find that everything graphics related was going through my CPU instead of my Nvidia SLI GeForce GTX 960s (2 cards - its far more than I will ever need. I like gaming, but I am not die hard about playing) Was there a reason for that?

If you don't have your monitor plugged into the video cards, and instead have it plugged into the motherboard's video output, it will use the CPU's integrated graphics.

Hi Ecky, I checked the plug, and when I changed it to auto, it picked up the SLI immediately.
