Some of the things I'd like to ask/let you know:-
  1. My budget is around INR 65,000.
  2. I am preferring the B450 over B450M because I feel the smaller MB will make the case look emptier.
  3. I will be doing some light gaming, video editing and also be running VMs quite frequently.
  4. I really want some good RGB, I don't want a dull case.
  5. I am getting the stock cooler, hope that won't be a problem. (I can upgrade a few months later)
  6. I currently have a BenQ 27" 1080p 60hz monitor, so if half a year later I upgrade another monitor of the same kind it shouldn't be a problem.
  7. The PSU I'm getting is Semi-modular but has "ketchup & mustard" cables, will they spoil the looks? Should I get a Gigabyte P550B (non-modular) because it has black cables?
  8. Lastly, should I wait for the AMD 4000 series CPUs?

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - INR 18,500
MB - ASRock B450 Steel Legend Motherboard - INR 10,899
RAM - XPG ADATA D30 DDR4 (2x8GB) 3200MHz - INR 5,680 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/ram
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super Windforce OC 4GB - 15,500
SSD - Crucial BX500 240GB 3D NAND SATA - INR 2,659 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/ssd
HDD - Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB - INR 3499
PSU - Antec NE550M V2 80 Plus Bronze - INR 4,235 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/psu
CASE - AeroCool Cylon RGB (Black) INR 2,985 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/case
WiFi - TP-Link AC1200 Archer T4E - INR 1,699 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/wifi
Fans - Antec Prizm 120 ARGB 3+2+C - INR 4,491 - ntlweb.xyz/pc/fans

Solution
Well, I'll use pc mainly for development, video editing, occasional gaming (Rocket League, GTA 5, PUBG Lite). Also, be running VMs sometimes and will dual boot with Linux. Getting an external WiFi card is cheaper than getting an MB with built-in wifi. Also, Giving up modularity for sleeved cables is fine?
Well when you want your case to look good why not get a sleeved cable and keep the extra cables together in a corner should not be a problem.
Check this link for mobo with wifi built in you might have to pay 1000 more compared to your previous mobo and add in card shoul be worth it i guess you might wanna consider those rgb...

Instead of getting an external wifi card get a mobo which already has one. And get the psu which has a black sleeved cable it will look much better. And what is the primary use for this pc?

Consider this
R7 2700x- Rs.20100

Gigabyte b450- Rs.8550

Total 47,708(not included case fan, wifi card and gpu rest what you have mentioned)

You have ~17k left from which you should get a 1660

Get most out of your money, rgb is kinda its own luxury i still beleive if you compare more prices on amazon,md computer and primeabgb youll get more out of your 💰.
