Also, is this a good budget gaming pc build.
I am purchasing all of these parts off PC case gear

Thought about the newer series cpu's,the i5 7500 is $23 cheaper there for instance.I see that the motherboard (B250 chipset) will be more xpensive,but the $23 saved should cover alot of that.
Looking at things there are there parts that can be less expensive like the ram,

Just a few bucks but still ... can go to that more expensive motherboard.
