Cpu: i5 9600k
Ram: 16gb ddr4 2666mhz
Psu: 750watt

Will this build last me at least +/- 5 years?

I would like to be prepared for next gen gaming when ps5 comes out

You didn't mention the make and model of:
Motherboard:
PSU:
and you pick the wrong frequency for the rams. If I were you, I'd have gone with a DDR4-3200MHz ram kit.

sorry I meant to say 3200mhz and mobo is msi and cooler master psu
